WagerTruth is a review site, not a casino. We do not take deposits, hold balances, or ask for your identity. We collect the minimum data needed to run the site and measure how our content performs, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.
We do not run user accounts, so there is no profile data to leak. We do not see, store, or process your gambling activity, deposits, or withdrawals. Anything you do on an operator's site is governed by that operator's privacy policy, not ours.
WagerTruth itself uses minimal cookies. Our affiliate partners may set their own cookies when you follow a referral link so they can attribute your visit to us. That tracking happens on their side, under their policies. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work without them.
We rely on a small number of providers to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery), Supabase (storing click logs and form submissions), and Cloudflare R2 (serving images). Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver their service to us.
Click logs and form submissions are kept only as long as they are useful for operating and improving the site. We do not build long-term profiles of individual visitors, because we have no use for them.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Since we collect so little, most requests can be handled quickly. Contact us through the options on the site and we will help.
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted prominently rather than slipped in quietly.
