Cases.gg is an online mystery box site launched in 2024 where every box you open can drop real physical items, from sneakers and streetwear to electronics, Rolex watches, and even cars. It offers more than 300 boxes alongside case battles, Crash, Coinflip, and an item upgrader, all backed by a provably fair system with published house edges. Deposits work with Visa, Mastercard, and crypto processed through Fireblocks, and winnings can be withdrawn in crypto or shipped as physical items to North America and the EU. KYC is required to claim free boxes and cash out. ![Cases.gg Home Page](https://wagertruth.com/_astro/home_Z1UezJM.webp) ![Cases.gg Mystery Box Selection](https://wagertruth.com/_astro/mystery-boxes_Z2kXXk1.webp) ![Cases.gg Case Categories](https://wagertruth.com/_astro/cases_2wI171.webp) ![Opening a Single Mystery Box on Cases.gg](https://wagertruth.com/_astro/single-case_Z1PPXjW.webp) ![Cases.gg Case Battles Lobby](https://wagertruth.com/_astro/battles_ZHJhA.webp) ![Cases.gg Case Battle in Progress](https://wagertruth.com/_astro/single-battle_Z2ivT5Q.webp) ![Cases.gg Crash Game](https://wagertruth.com/_astro/crash_ZAJceG.webp) ![Cases.gg Item Upgrader](https://wagertruth.com/_astro/upgrader_Z2dmlOI.webp) ![Cases.gg Weekly Race Leaderboard](https://wagertruth.com/_astro/weekly-race_cd6l1.webp) ## Is Cases.gg Legit? Cases.gg sits in the mystery box niche rather than traditional skin gambling, so we checked it from the ground up before recommending it. Here is what we found: - **Provably Fair:** Every game uses a provably fair system, and the dedicated fairness page lets you verify any result after the fact. Outcomes are committed before the animation plays, so a disconnect mid-spin still credits your item. - **Published House Edges:** Cases, battles, and the upgrader carry a 10% house edge, Crash sits around 6.5%, and Coinflip ranges from 0 to 10% depending on the items collected. That level of disclosure is better than most competitors. - **Secure Payments:** Crypto deposits are processed through Fireblocks, an institutional-grade digital asset platform. Card deposits run through standard processors like Visa and Mastercard. - **Real User Feedback:** Trustpilot shows a score around 4.1 out of 5 across more than 260 reviews, with users praising fast crypto withdrawals and responsive support. - **KYC and Accountability:** Identity verification is required to claim free boxes and withdraw. That adds friction, but it also signals a platform that takes fraud and money laundering rules seriously. - **License Situation:** Cases.gg operates as a mystery box platform rather than under a tier-one gambling license. The provably fair system and published edges carry the transparency burden here. #### Worth Knowing Before You Deposit Cases.gg checks out as a legitimate mystery box site, but keep these practical points in mind: - The 10% house edge on cases, battles, and the upgrader is high, so the odds favor the house over the long run - KYC verification is mandatory before you can withdraw or claim free boxes - Physical item shipping only covers North America and the European Union - Your client seed rotates automatically every 1,000 bets - Never store more balance on the site than you are comfortable losing --- ## Cases.gg Security and Fairness Transparency is where Cases.gg does the most work to earn trust. Every result can be checked independently, the house edges are published in the FAQ, and the payments stack uses serious infrastructure. #### Provably Fair Verification A public fairness page lets you verify the result of every game using server and client seeds. Outcomes are locked in before each round plays out, so the site cannot adjust them after the fact. #### Fireblocks Payments Cryptocurrency deposits are handled by Fireblocks, a platform built for the secure storage and transfer of digital assets. Deposits credit after the required blockchain confirmations. --- ## Cases.gg Games The lineup covers five modes: classic mystery box openings, case battles, Crash, Coinflip, and an item upgrader. The boxes themselves are the main draw, and the selection is one of the biggest in the mystery box space. ![Mystery Boxes](https://wagertruth.com/_astro/mystery-boxes_iPR7O.webp) Mystery Boxes Over 300 boxes across sneakers, streetwear, electronics, watches, jewelry, Pokemon, Lego, and more. Prices run from $0.10 to nearly $15,000, with color-coded risk levels and full odds shown before you open. ![Case Battles](https://wagertruth.com/_astro/battles_Z25JIAR.webp) Case Battles Open the same boxes head to head against other players. Whoever pulls the highest total value takes the entire pot, so even a small bet can win a huge haul. ![Upgrader](https://wagertruth.com/_astro/upgrader_1cSPg4.webp) Upgrader Risk an item you already won for a shot at something better. Pick your target, see the exact win chance, and roll. Win and you keep the upgrade, lose and the item is gone. ![Crash](https://wagertruth.com/_astro/crash_Z2r7VIc.webp) Crash The classic multiplier game with a roughly 6.5% house edge. Watch the multiplier climb and cash out before it crashes. Simple, fast, and the lowest edge on the site. Every box shows its contents, individual item odds, and a color-coded risk level before you commit. Green boxes are low risk, blue and yellow step up the variance, and red boxes are extreme, usually pairing a small entry price with headline prizes like luxury watches or a Range Rover. --- ## Cases.gg Bonuses and Rewards The reward system mixes freebies for new accounts with recurring events for regulars. Most of it requires KYC verification before you can claim anything, so verify early. #### Welcome Offer 3 Free Mystery Boxes - Sign up for a new account - 3 free boxes credited instantly - Complete KYC to claim your pulls - New players only #### Rakeback Ongoing - Earn a percentage of your wagers back - Scales with your play volume - Requires KYC verification - Credited to your site balance #### Races $5,000 Daily Race - Daily race with a $5,000 prize pool - Weekly race leaderboard for top wagerers - Prizes paid as site balance top-ups - Free balance for the highest finishers #### Free Play Events Every 30 Minutes - Runs in the site chat around the clock - Pots of 2,500 coins plus 25 cases - Cases are filled with cash tokens - Split between all eligible participants #### Honest Take on the Rewards The 3 free boxes are a genuinely useful way to test the site, and the Free Play events give non-depositors a real shot at balance. Just remember that claiming anything meaningful requires KYC, and the races naturally reward the biggest wagerers. Casual players get the best value from the free boxes and chat events rather than chasing the leaderboards. --- ## Platform Experience The site is clean and quick to navigate. Boxes are grouped by category with prices and risk levels visible up front, the chat sits on the right-hand side where the Free Play events run, and everything works well in a mobile browser without an app. 🚚 #### Real Item Shipping Won a grail? Physical prizes ship directly to your door in North America and the EU. 🔒 #### Fireblocks Security Crypto payments run through Fireblocks, an institutional-grade digital asset platform. 🎨 #### Custom Boxes Build your own mystery box, publish it, and earn a commission on every opening. ### Sell Back and Shipping Pulled something you do not want? You can sell any item back to the site for balance and keep playing, or claim it and Cases.gg ships it to your address. Shipping currently covers North America and the European Union, and defective items are replaced if you report them within 14 days. ### Responsible Gambling Tools Cases.gg includes a self-exclusion option in the account settings, letting you lock yourself out of the site for a set period. Given the 10% house edge on most modes, using deposit discipline and these tools matters. --- ## Cases.gg Customer Support Support runs 24/7 through a live chat button in the bottom right of the site. During our research the team answered within a few minutes, and user reviews back that up with frequent praise for fast, helpful responses. The FAQ also covers the essentials well, including house edges, deposit confirmation times, and how the provably fair system works. --- ## Frequently Asked Questions ### Is Cases.gg a scam?
